I am not sure there is a easy way.
I never tried.
Well the way it was explained by Rick is.
A member can have multiple images being a admin and a moderator and a user.
But they can only use one or none if they wish.
So there is no way to tell which image to use . Or if they even want to use the image.

but that does not mean it can't be done.
