Well a flood check which I would also suggest.
I don't know why I did not suggest it
Is just another band-aide of a different flavor.
so if you leave it at 4 posts and set a flood check at 10 minutes.
then I just post one post each ten minutes then at minute 40 I get in un-approved still.
Now it will make it more difficult to the user to post and may cause inquiries why they can't post.
But it does not completely resolve the issue.
That is why I feel it needs to be addressed.
