the full URL can't be the 'same'
it needs to be a URL and not a PATH.
they will be similar...
but for example ( assume you are blabla.com )
path: /home/blabla/public_html/forum/images/avvys
url:
http://blabla.com/forum/images/avvys ( notice public_html is not in the url )
