Hi all. One of our members has seen his PMs go from 300 (our limit) to about 380. He said his PMs have been splitting up:
Individual messages within threads prior to 2011 have been split into multiple separate threads thus bloating my inbox. This happened sometime in May this year.
He is the only one to have this happen as far as I know because nobody else has mentioned this issue.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
