IMHO (and as was Infopop/Groupee's stance) a refresh shouldn't occur longer than a few hours (6-12) after a package is released; a refresh to 7.5.8 after this period should have been 7.5.8.1; it would make support issues a lot easier to deal with if everyone had the same 7.5.8 (as the "little bugs" that got fixed in what should have been 7.5.8.1 could be more easily identified).

I hate writing that, but the whole fact that 7.5.8 saw two revisions within TWO WEEKS of it being released, but never saw a version number update... the first revision was to fix several show-stopping bugs that were purely the cause of a hub/main script being rushed to a wide-release before even being tested.
