through the MySQL web interface -
Find your administrator's USER_ID, usually user "2" or sometimes even "3"
in ubbt_USERS
Change the USER_MEMBERSHIP_LEVEL field for the administrator's USER_ID to "Administrator"
in ubbt_USER_GROUPS
Change the GROUP_ID field for the administrator's USER_ID field to "1"
