Thanks. Sorry I wasn't clear - I didn't delete my own permissions, rather I removed permissions for the admin/global mod group to access the control panel. I was able to fix that in the ubbt_CP_PERMISSIONS table by changing EDIT_USERS and FULL_ACCESS to 1 for the group.
