You need to download your database as a zip file or a *.sql file.

You wont find your database in your folders directory as its normally on a local address.

Normally you go to phpadmin and zip it up and save it.
Once you have it local on your computer you can upload it and inject (restore it into sql again).

Its a bit fiddly but you need to know thus to move forward.

1. Access your database at your old site.
2. Download the ubbt database.
3. Access your new database.
4. upload your ubbt database to your new site.

Or
Visit the control panel and go to tools database tools Back up database.
Ive not used that part of the control panel so if it works as expected i dont know.

Large databases normally time out and can not be backed up this way.

You should be be able to find the config file as that can be located in your directory.

You may be in for a rough ride if you have not done anything like this before. As hosts can disable some features that you may or not need. Impose limits your not aware of until you get online again.

Hope that helps.
