The censor feature is all or none in stock code.
But reading your prior posts the stop forum spam when working correctly would benefit you probably most.
GIZMO was the author of that feature and it was improved on in the current release 7.5.9.
There are also settings for post moderation for x number of posts then they are promoted to a group that is not moderated.
