Not much has changed in the style system from within 7.5.2 and onward; so anything created for that series should be able to work with little issue (such as my UBB.threads v7 Styles).

There are several styles at UBBDev (here) and here at UBBCentral as well.

If you encounter a theme that has missing elements, you can enter the Style Editor for that theme and there will be a "Copy From" link to associate missing entries to entries that would generally be "close enough" to provide a base.
