UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Articles section of a ubb.threads board

So i've posted here in the past and I am helping out with GliderCentral.net and there is an Article section on it. There are articles there now and I can find the files and edit those if I wanted to change those, but my question is how do i add a new article?

There appear to be a lot of files linking to the articles, so even though I uploaded a new .tpl file and I can see that in the templates section of the control panel, how do I make it show up in the Articles section now?
