I'm still researching the issue that is only related to Chrome Desktop, but in the meantime, you could force entry in to your site by visiting a page that gives the alternate Login

You'll get the error, "This user is no longer in our database."
Just click on "Return to the previous page" link.
You will be logged in at that page, and will be able to go about your ways within your forum.
