can you post a screenshot of when its happing here? are you using the 75x islands or the new ones.
the current setting is fir width:150px;.with nothing specified for height.
i dont believe the setting in cp is limiting its height at all. but remember, that if you had your settings for 80x80, and users uploaded/linked avatars when that setting was there. then later if you update your avatar max widths to 160x160,the prior setting will still be in that users avatar dimensions. the user will need to upload a new image, so it can be updated with your forum's recently updated limits.
