Hello all,
I'm upgrading from 7.5.8 to 7.6. All files uploaded fine. File/directory permissions confirmed. Upgrade utility ran with no problems.
Upon returning to the message board I get the following error:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_case() in /home/<user>/public_html/community/libs/ubbthreads.inc.php on line 1189"

This part of ubbthreads.inc.php appears to be part of a routine that "Converts URL to an SEO-friendly String". Line 1189: $title = mb_convert_case($title, MB_CASE_LOWER, "UTF-8"); //convert to lowercase

I've tried reuploading everything. The upgrade.php utility indicates it's already been run successfully (doesn't start over).

Any ideas?
