I have login to PHPMyAdmin and went to SQL and put your " mysqlcheck --repair --all-databases" in and it read

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'mysqlcheck --repair --all-databases' at line 1

Not really sure how to do this can you guide me?
