When you utilize the importer to import UBB.Classic to UBB.threads you'll want to edit the classic_import.php file and change:

$site_id = 1;

To read 2, this should import all data as a separate set of data (I'd test it first, as a dry run). Please note that you'll likely end up with a ton of duplicate users that you'll want to merge once imported into UBB.threads.

The importer was written to allow for multiple imports. The site_id is basically an import id. Since you could actually import several forums into your version 7 installation, and each would have it's own site_id so it knows which post to lookup.
