Thanks..I noticed on your site you have Reviews and Guides tabs at the top of the forum how do I do that?

Reviews section is a heavily modified version of "ReviewPost PHP Pro 5" to make it compatible with UBB.threads 7.7.x. The software version went EOL a decade ago, and the company stopped taking orders for their "PhotoPost" product in 2008. Then just vanished a few years later.

Guides section is a self-developed script which performs a basic database request, and combines a custom header for the guides forum categories. James Corthell (VNC Web Services) provides a package which can be modified to perform a similar task. My guides page is not based on his work, but his work is what I would recommend to look at if you have any interest in my page.
