7.5.x and prior versions were broken.When the code was rewritten and thoroughly tested for 7.6.x, the results were as expected. New scripts and code were created to fix all of the issues in 7.5.x.

the subscription system was updated for 7.6.0. further updates to the admin accounting pages for 7.6.1. additional scripts, updates, and security fixes for 7.6.2.
