Could it be that a existing member started to subscribe that already was and canceled prior to completion.
Because he realized he already subscribed.
I know from testing if you do not complete the transaction the admin will get a notice of cancelation.
But I have never tried it as a existing subscriber.
All I know is if you change the terms or price it can play havoc with recurring. But that is a paypal glitch.
Since you need to cancel at the members paypal account.
There is no way to cancel at the UBB forum.
