1. search for the bounced email address here


2. go to the PREFERENCES tab of the result. and uncheck all of these items.


3. click UPDATE MEMBER.

You are done 👍


Do this each time a bounced email comes back. if you have not done it in a while, it may take you a bit of time to complete. Thats it.
