We have a number of users who are no longer active and changed email addresses. Unfortunately when someone posts in a forum, there are bounce back messages the admin receives for invalid email addresses. In the admin area I have logged in to the profile section for users and unchecked all the email options but still get the bounce backs for followed forums.
How can an administrator unfollow a forum for an inactive user to stop the bounce back emails?
