The vendor doesn't look at these user to user forums; here in the forums you generally end up talking with the
www.ubbdev.com team which is a third party group which does not work for the vendor.
The vendor is the only user who provides support through the support desk; several of us offer 3rd party support (I'm available, for example, through my organization
VNC Web Services, which is the company which operates both
UBBDev and
UBBWiki).
