Just checked. I'm not running nginx. I guess the question is now..should I be?
I would only use it if the host provides it as part of the hosting plan and then with caution.
It is just a cache on the server and sometimes it causes issues such as make a change in ubb and it appears the change did not complete
or a new post does not appear for a while or you end up re posting
