That set of scripts isn't anything Isaac or myself has done (it doesn't even follow our naming scheme, short urls, or UBB urls); we're 3rd party contractors with UBB Systems, if you paid for him to modify your forms that's something you'd have to take up with him as these are not a part of the UBB.threads system.
BTW your footer link is what's sending users to the web root, if the files do exist in the forum directory you'd want to update that URL (I'm assuming it's in the HTML includes section of the Control Panel, but I'm not thinking it is as the contact link
https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/index.php?main_page=contact_us loads the portal page, like it would do if a script page wasn't detected).

Thanks for the reply but I have not done anything on that server. I had it updated by UBB and no one else has done anything that i know of since it was updated and moved from one server to another.
I am getting this error message if I put outdoorking-forum.com.au into browser:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected token "[" in /home/xxxx/public_html/libs/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_template.php on line 196
If I put outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum it loads up.
