EDIT: Ok, I see the issue, you're not using the UBB.threads contact options at all, you have a link in your footer to a non-UBB.threads page:

As this isn't a UBB.threads page there isn't anything we can do in regards to its coding.

Upon further inspection it looks like whatever system you have running on the web root of your domain are returning issues https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/ as they are not stock UBB.threads files I'm not sure how they've been coded to operate the main site there.

The correct file location (for the files are) is https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum and it was installed by UBB (paid for) staff.

If I put this in https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/index.php?main_page=contact_us it goes to the main page of the website.

So if any coding was done it was by UBB.

Do I need to pay them again to fix the issue?
