If they aren't set you shouldn't see a contact us link, at least one generated by UBB.threads as it'd be either the forum email address or a contact us URL...

EDIT: Ok, I see the issue, you're not using the UBB.threads contact options at all, you have a link in your footer to a non-UBB.threads page:
https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/index.php?main_page=contact_us

As this isn't a UBB.threads page there isn't anything we can do in regards to its coding.

Upon further inspection it looks like whatever system you have running on the web root of your domain are returning issues https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/ as they are not stock UBB.threads files I'm not sure how they've been coded to operate the main site there.
