When I tried to Edit and then Delete Post which had one reply, I received the following:

I was trying to Delete my Topic in the Bug section which was duplicate (Notify when Receive Private Email). Don't think it is a bug but an incorrect usage on my part of the Delete Post which was the first post in a topic.
