If the user exits out of his window and later comes back, it shows the main page with all forums listed (s)he could see the last time they were logged in instead of just the ones a none user should see.
Rick knows my setup, but I have 2 forums none users can see (sign up instructions, etc.) and when you log in you can't see them, but see all the rest. None users can only see the 2 none user forums.
This is with out a "portal page."
This will be confusing when users try to log in and think there are no new posts when there probably are.
This happens in both IE(6) and FireFox.
