I am trying to figure out where the code is that determines whether the ubbt_registerednav.tmpl or ubbt_unregisterednav.tmpl is displayed on each page. If someone could tell which file the code is in and exactly which line(s) of code determines it, I assume there must be an if statement that looks for whether there's a cookie or not but I can't tell where it is.
