The new user registration form appears in full, but nothing happens when the boxes are filled in and the submit button is clicked. I discovered that when I deleted the entry in the Board Rules header, the new user registration began working properly. I re-entered the header and tested again, and it still worked OK. My conclusion is that something in the original header caused the problem.
