I just want to note that as someone unfamiliar with your products, it took me a while to figure out that ubb.threads and ubb.classic are old versions of the same product. When looking for support, the first two categories are "UBB.classic Support" and "UBB.threads Support". Ever think of calling your UBB.x support forum "UBB.x Support"? I read "Infopop Web Hosting" and thought, I don't have a web hosting question, I have a UBB.x question, and I ignored the rest of it.
