UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 6 Version 6 Support Textarea Sizing Does Not Work

Installed 6.4.1 Ubb.threads and tried to change the Default Textarea size in the theme settings from 60 columns/5 rows to 60 columns/15 rows and it doesn't appear to work as every Textarea is still showing up the same size as before. Tried different sizes and it still doesn't work. Is this a caching issue or is it just flat out not working?
