it looks to me like there's an issue with your path to sendmail in your php.ini file. it's specified as: '/usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i' but I didn't think '-t -i' was legitimate in a path to sendmail. If it's not that - it might be that the path itself - /usr/sbin/sendmail - is wrong...
