Are you on a server using DirectAdmin? Byt the path you posted it looks like you are. in which case something is missing

/home/your user name/domains/onlinemedsupport.com/public_html/ubbthreads/uploads
/var/your user name/domains/onlinemedsupport.com/public_html/ubbthreads/uploads

is more like what I would expect to see.

you'll want to mimic what is set under Absolute PATH to Main Directory: in the DB paths & URLS section of your control panel.
