UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 6 Version 6 Support How to remove a Forum ?

Hi
I've got the following question:
How can I remove a Forum from my discussion board without deleting it ?
This is the site: http://www.ac-wrestling.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?Cat=
And theres a Forum called "EWC". And I just want to remove it so nobody can see it. But I still want to keep it. It should not be deleted.
Thanks
Matthias
