Our records show that you submitted a ticket Tuesday morning at 9:33am and I responded at 2:07 pm that same day. Brett then followed with two more responses at 3:03pm and 3:07pm that same day. Did you not receive any of these replies from us? If not, please let me know asap because we would need to check for a QShark system problem. (QShark is our support ticket software.)
