1) Back up everything in your cgi-bin and Templates directories <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
2) Upload all files in the cgi-bin directory of the zip to your server (this includes the Modules subdirectories) ***IN ASCII MODE***
3) Upload all vars_wordlets*.cgi files from the variables directory to your server. (If you've customized your wordlets, this will overwrite your changes - take note of your changes FIRST). ***IN ASCII MODE*** (DO NOT upload any of the other vars_* files if they are already on your server. Any new files, including any of the vars_wordlets* should be chmod 777)
4) Upload ALL files in the NonCGI directory of the zip to your server.
5) Upload ALL files in the NonCGI/Templates directory of the zip to your server, ***IN ASCII MODE***

Then run through the settings as necessary, clear your cache, yadda yadda yadda.. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
