Thank you once again. This is the layout I want.
However, this only controls the display in the individual forums. Do I need to do a major hack to the coding to get this same appearance on EVERY page, from Login to Profile etc.
I know you think you understand what you thought I said, but I am not sure that what you heard is what I meant.
