I am not sure you can now. Had you read the documentation you would have found that you were supposed to run the upgrade script and do all data import BEFORE you set up your board.

Try uploading fresh clean vars files and deleting all of the newly created subdirectories in the members directory and then read the upgrade instructions located in your help directory.
