If you selected the "Do not permit users to view poll results until the stop time has elapsed." option when you created the poll, then you will be unable to view it until that time.
Currently, administrators/forum mods get no exceptions from poll rules.
AFAIK, that is the intended behaviour - you're welcome to post in Feature Suggestions to try and get it changed. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
