but i guess i would prefer a "you got mail" type of notification as well, since we don't use the UBB profile management option - we have our own registration/profile pages. thanks tho - any other ideas? HOw about this - where is the code in UBB that states when an inbox has a new message (it must be a 0 or 1 value field)? Perhaps I can create something based on that value toggle.
