For UBB6, log into your Control Panel (cp.cgi), and go to Primary Settings/Moderator Settings.

After you arrive there, you should enter in the Member's Number (00000001) for the forum you wish them to moderate.

To find the Member's number, run a search for the member's username in the View Records List.
