When I paste links in email, etc. now - they have ; instead of & in them, and most browsers, IM, email, etc. interpret that as a delimeter and break-up the link.
Sub Zero got it right.
It will be changing in those programs as they move to XHTML compliance.
For example, AIM will have a fix for this in the next release. Currently you can use the
link (create link) button in AIM to paste in the URL and it will not break it.
