One of our registered members can't log in. We have been working on this problem for a while now and I am stumped.
We have cleared her cookies, deleted her internet files, she has tried a different username and password and I have even tried to register her with a new username and password.
This is what happens everytime she tries to log in:
Karen, first it said "thank you for logging in". Then immediately it jumped to you are not logged in.
Any suggestions?
