UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 5 Support 404 on all settings in CP

When I'm clicking the links to the settings I get a 404 and I'm sure I have inserted the right link in cplinks.html

But on my FTP-server the root folder is htdocs and I had to make a cgi-bin myself..I chmod'ed it 755 and did as the installations said

So WHY is this happening???
