Sure,
For example, this page has an "Author" and a "topic" column. I wish to change them to the french equivelants. In the UBB admin, I could not find anywhere where this could be configured, but I am hopefull it is with a little digging.

Essentially, I want to be able to change any other text that the UBB displays, but does not permit to be modified in the administration page.
