I followed the instructions for cgi mapping in IIS. If I run a perl -v at a command prompt I get proper versioning info. But CGI is not using PERL (

The activeperl install created the .pl association automatically and I simply copied the info for the .cgi mapping. I rebooted, stopped and started web publishing services.... not sure what else to look at at this point. Help!
