UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 5 Support Unable to read my messages?

Just another quick question, I was readin in another thread that is posted on this forum. Someone was saying that within the Non CGI folder you must have sub folders in there. Being Forum1 - Forum2 etc etc with another sub folder inside them ANNC. I have done this. Am I correct for doing it, or have I wasted my time.
