FTP to your noncgi directory - delete the forum#index.cgi files, as well as the dailyindex file, then go to your UBB control panel and rebuild the search index (use the Index feature). FTP back into your noncgi directory and ensure that the files you deleted were recreated. If they were NOT recreated, reset permissions on the noncgi directory and try the Index process again.
