May attachment hacl 1.8 has been working for over a year -just lately now though when someone uploads a file, the chmod on that file doesnt allow anyone to see it - they get a YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO VIEW THIS FILE when they try to download it - I have to manually go in and chmod all the newly uploaded files manually to 644 (from 640) NOTHING has been touched to cause this that I know of - I searched all the attachment hack files and I cant find where in the code it sets the permissions for newly uploaded files - all I find is where it sets the permissions for the FOLDERS where the files reside - these are all correct - what couldve happened?
